PRACTICE 

Monday Training: 5:15pm-6:45pm on Spencer. Practice attire is orange shirt and black shorts.

Tuesday Training: 5:15pm-7pm (official start at 5:30pm). Practice attire is red tie dye shirt and black shorts.

Thursday Training: 5:15pm-7pm (official start at 5:30pm). Practice attire is red/white adidas shirt and black shorts.

Each player will need a size 5 ball to train with.

GAMES

Warm ups will begin 30 minutes prior to the game. Make sure your player has all of their equipment on and at the field ready to warm up. Please bring all uniform pieces to every game in case we have to change.
